Message	as much as i'd like to tell you how stupid that is.. it IS YOUR panel... not having reverse lights is illegal and wont pass most state inspections. anyway... just spray the primer overtop the inside a few times. dont use enamel b/c the inside of the panel will peel and bubble. sanding it down would be just too muych work... have you read the FAQ on this procedure?
